President Joe Biden a day after a suicide bombing in Kabul was warned by military commanders that another terror attack there is likely.

Biden received met with his national security team to hear intelligence and diplomatic updates on the Afghanistan situation on Friday morning, before participating in a bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett in the Oval Office.

Military commanders in Biden’s earlier meeting ‘advised the president and vice president that another terror attack in Kabul is likely, but that they are taking maximum force protection measures at the Kabul Airport,’ White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said.

Before getting into his meeting with Bennett, Biden doubled down on the evacuation mission set to continue through the August 31 deadline.

‘The mission that’s being performed is dangerous and now comes with significant loss of American personnel, but it’s a worthy mission,’ Biden said.

Bennett said that Israel stands with the US.

‘I want to extend our condolences for the loss of Americans service members in Kabul,’ Bennett said.
