Huge £12,800,000 National Lottery jackpot scooped by UK ticket holder

A huge sum has been won in tonight’s National Lottery draw, organisers Camelot have revealed.

One lucky player successfully scooped a jackpot worth £12.8 million.

The ticket-holder, who has been urged to come forward to claim the mammoth prize, matched the six draw numbers: 04, 18, 40, 41, 44, 46.

The bonus ball was 54.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery, said: ‘What amazing news, one ticket-holder has won tonight’s massive £12.8M Lotto “Must Be Won” jackpot!

‘Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim this amazing jackpot prize.’

Two players also matched five numbers plus the bonus ball to scoop £1,000,000 each while 56 ticket-holders matched five numbers to win £1,750.

A total of 4,341 ticket-holders matched four numbers to each win £140.

No players matched all five numbers to win the Lotto HotPicks however, and no-one bagged the top prize in the Thunderball draw.

The winning Thunderball numbers were 17, 18, 24, 30, 33 and the Thunderball number was 03.

Set of balls nine and draw machine Merlin were used in tonight’s draw.
