At least four people have been killed after a five-storey apartment block collapsed in Russia.

Emergency Situation Ministry employees were seen working at the collapsed building in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia.

Two floors in a five-storey apartment building collapsed tonight killing at least four people and injuring another four, according to emergency services.

More victims might remain under the rubble. Rescuers and firefighters are working at the scene clearing debris.
