Donald Trump’s spiritual advisor was seen praying to the high heavens in the hope that the president is re-elected.
Paula White-Cain was leading a service in Florida on Wednesday, while claiming that ‘demonic confederacies’ were against the president.
‘I hear a sound of victory,’ White-Cain said. ‘The Lord says it is done. The Lord says it is done. For I hear victory, victory, victory, victory in the corridors of heaven.’
She claimed that ‘God’s decision’ had been made over the election, even as the ballots for Trump don’t appear to look in his favor.
‘For angels are being released right now,’ the pastor said. ‘Angels are being dispatched right now.’
She spoke in tongues at one point and said that ‘angelic forces’ were coming to the country to help Trump.
‘They’re coming here,’ she said. ‘In the name of Jesus, from South America, they’re coming here.’
She is the senior pastor of City Destiny church in Apopka, and has served on Trump’s Evangelical Advisory Board, according to her website.
Biden has 264 electoral college votes, while Trump has 214. A candidate must gain 270 votes in order to be elected as president.
Many ballots are still be counted and the race is close, with states like Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia still counting votes.
The Trump administration has filed lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia, but a judge dismissed the cases in both states.
In Pennsylvania, Trump filed a lawsuit and the votes were temporarily halted.
It is not exactly clear when all the votes will be counted.
